Deleting your DVTD account

To delete your DVTD account and the data associated with it, email support@thedvtd.com from the address on your account with the subject line Delete my account.

We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details

Your name, email address and phone number

Your vaults, and the voice recordings and written notes you have saved in them

Your card draw history and app settings

What is kept

Recordings made by another person in a vault you were invited into. Those belong to that person's account and are not deleted by your request.

Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple, which we do not control.

If you share a vault

If someone else records in your vault, tell us in your email whether you want those recordings deleted or transferred. We will contact the other person before removing anything they recorded.

Deleting your data

You can delete some of your data without deleting your account, or delete your account entirely.

Deleting some of your data, in the app

A single answer. Open the Vault, tap the entry, then tap Delete on the recording or note you want removed.

A whole vault. Open the Vault, tap Manage, then Delete vault. Deleted vaults can be restored for 90 days, after which they are removed permanently along with their recordings and notes.

Nothing else in your account is affected.

Your Rights and Responsibilities

**1. Subscription and Access** Access to DVTD features, including card decks and recording, is provided on a subscription basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with prior notice. **2. Software License** DVTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with these terms.

**3. Content Ownership** All audio recordings you create within DVTD remain your sole property. Even if your subscription ends, your recordings will not be deleted and will remain accessible. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. **4. Service Availability** DVTD strives for continuous service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend or terminate services for maintenance or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss due to service unavailability.
